Tech Planet is committed to ensuring the quality and reliability of every product we sell.

Warranty Coverage:

• Most products are covered by a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty unless stated otherwise.

• The warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal usage.

Exclusions:

• Damage due to misuse, accidents, water exposure, or unauthorized modifications.

• Wear-and-tear or consumable parts (e.g., batteries, cables).

• Products sold as "used" or "open box" unless otherwise stated.

Claim Process:

2. Our team will assess the claim and guide you through the return or repair process.

3. Replacement items may be issued, or refunds offered, depending on the circumstances.
